Welcome to the new look of ISA in Sayville now known as Long Island Sportsplex or simply "The Plex". We have changed our name, but still offer the same great programming we have since our opening in 2007, with new programs launching every week. In early November, the Interstate Sports Academy business was purchased by Long Island Sportsplex, Inc. The name change was facilitated by the sale. With new ownership comes some change, but change for positive. Still located centrally on the south shore of Long Island in Sayville, our core focus has, and will not change. Our mission is to provide the youth in our community the opportunity to develop as athletes while building character through sports.

Downtown Sayville is a vibrant, friendly, and robust destination that has so much to offer. A casual walk through town will quickly make you realize that there is not much that you can't find. The Town of Islip should be commended with their summer programming bringing thousands of visitors into the Sayville area every year. With beautiful parks, some of Long Island's best restaurants and pubs, a state of the art indoor sports facility, in addition to dozens of retail shops, and services available Sayville is always a buzz.
What more could you ask for? Maybe a place that you could bring the family for a little outdoor entertainment and family fun? Sayville is soon to have it!!! Sayville Falls Mini Golf is hopeful to open summer 2012. Being mindful of our neighbors, we have designed a state of the art miniature golf experience that will be fun and exciting for the whole family. With 18 holes, a double sided water fall that you play through, multiple water holes to navigate there will be no shortage of excitement. We are very happy to introduce this concept in downtown Sayville just behind the The Plex Indoor Sports Facility. Right off of Main Street at the east end of downtown, we think that this is just another positive family orientated activity for all of our friends and neighbors to enjoy. Whether before grabbing a burger at Five Points Cafe with the family, after a great meal at any of Sayville's restaurants, coming down with a bunch of friends, or bringing a date to see the beautifully landscaped park like course, there are no excuses to not make visiting Sayville Falls this summer one of your top priorities!

LI Knight's players and parents...Congratulations on your selection and placement on a Long Island Knight's Team for the 2012 Spring season. The Knight's have may success stories of players now playing at the next level and we are hoeful that you will be part of our proud tradition of producing improved players taking their game to the next level.

Happy Feet Spring Fun at The Plex in Sayville!
Spring 2012 Middle School League
Team or individual players are invited to participate in The Plex's Spring 2012 Middle School Volleyball league. Our Middle School League will run Wednesdays. Please look at our calander below for dates!
This is a developmental league and you do not need a team or a coach. We encourage individuals to join our league and meet other kids with similar interests! This program will be geared toward 7th and 8th Grade Students. Please inquire below if you have interest in other age groups.
The cost is $70.00 per player for the season. The games will be Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 9pm. We currently have over 70 players enrolled so there will be at least 8 teams, but is subject to change. The Plex has four tournament size volleyball courts.

The Plex is proud to partner with East End Volleyball once again and offer Long Island's best run adult volleyball spring league. The league will again run on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm and 8:30-10:30pm. Please register at the link below.
The league will offer both recreational and competitive 6's Divisions: A total of 24 teams will be accepted in groups of 6 to fill the 4 available courts. Get your registration in quickly to insure that your team will be accepted. # of courts/division will be based on the number of teams that register.
Our week one start date is April 5th, 2012.
